Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure
You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge at any time up to 7 days before your departure date. Any deposit you paid is refunded in full.
Inside 7 days
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. You may move your booking to another date, subject to availability.
Weather cancellations
If we cancel your trip because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, you choose: a full refund or a free reschedule. No questions asked.
Shared trip minimum
Shared trips only depart with at least 4 confirmed guests. If we do not reach the minimum, you can reschedule, upgrade to a private charter at a reduced rate, or take a full refund.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email book@adventurehuahin.com with the name and date of your booking. We confirm cancellations within 2 hours during business hours.
