What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, preferred trip and date, pickup address, number of guests and anything else you choose to share. Once a booking is confirmed we also collect the passenger details that safety and insurance require: full legal name, nationality, date of birth and an emergency contact.
How we use it
We use this information only to run your booking, to contact you about your trip, and to meet our safety and insurance obligations. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Booking data is stored on secured infrastructure, encrypted both in transit and at rest. Only the crew and office staff who need the data can see it.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. The site only stores what the booking form needs locally in your own browser, so your details are still there if you come back later.
Your rights
Under the Thai PDPA and the European GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email info@adventurehuahin.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that do not turn into a trip are deleted after 12 months. Confirmed bookings and the passenger details attached to them are kept for 5 years, the period Thai maritime and tax rules require, and then deleted.
Making a request
To see, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, or to object to how we use it, email info@adventurehuahin.com. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it. If you are in the EU and are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
