Booking
A booking is confirmed once we reply to your request and you have paid any deposit we ask for. Until then we hold the date provisionally.
Conduct on board
Guests follow the captain's instructions at all times. Alcohol is not allowed on board. We may end a trip without a refund if someone behaves in a way that endangers other guests, the crew or the boat.
Fishing equipment
Rods and bait are included on every fishing trip. If a rod goes overboard or is otherwise lost during the trip, we charge 5,000 THB per rod, payable the same day.
Liability
Being on the water carries inherent risk. Guests take part at their own risk, within the cover of our insurance. We follow the rules of the Thai Marine Department and carry accident insurance for every guest on board.
Children
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Photos and video
We sometimes photograph trips for our website and social channels. Tell the crew on the day if you would rather not be photographed and we will respect that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
